Making culture count 

Guided by a mission to maximise the potential of property and real assets, our Taiwan team brought Colliers’ values to life recently through three rounds of volunteering at the Andrew Charity Association Food Bank. Participation grew from 15 volunteers in May to 25, and then to 40 by July – demonstrating how momentum builds when people unite around a shared purpose. 

During these events, volunteers prepared baby food boxes, organised supplies and assembled more than 1,020 food boxes and 360 meal supply kits. These efforts translated Colliers’ ethos of accelerating success into tangible accelerating goodwill, delivering nourishment and comfort to families in need across Taiwan. 

Collaboration that delivers enduring value 

Our commitment to investing in relationships to deliver enduring value extends beyond client partnerships. A recent collaboration with the Taipei Critical Child Association saw the Colliers Lounge in our Taiwan office transformed into a venue for weekend training sessions aimed at supporting parents of children with critical needs. The event, titled “Watch Movies, Learn Superpowers,” used interactive learning to build communication and problem-solving skills, empowering caregivers to navigate their journeys with greater confidence.  

Eleanore Liang, Director of the Association, shared: “Your ongoing support and companionship have helped parents obtain caregiver certificates and eased financial concerns. Thank you, Colliers.”
