The Colliers Engineering and Design team specialises in civil, infrastructure, water engineering, town planning and urban design. Key services provided to developers in this service line include site assessment and due diligence, planning approvals and engineering design through to completion of construction.

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader, Design to join our high-performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to take the next step in their career, leading a team of talented designers and working on high-profile master planned communities.

Specifically: 

• Lead and mentor a team of designers
• Oversee the design and delivery of master planned communities
• Ensure technical excellence and compliance with industry standards
