Key services provided to developers in this service line include site assessment and due diligence, planning approvals and engineering design through to completion of construction.
Job Description
We are seeking a talented Senior Project Manager to join our team in Victoria. With the support of over 430 experts nationally, this is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our high-profile master planned community projects.
Specifically:
- Negotiation with stakeholders (clients, Authorities, other consultants etc) in relation to project deliverables (approvals, applications, contractual matters) to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Develop relationships with potential clients and improve/maintain existing client relationships
- Assist Principal Engineers with forecasted workloads to meet project deliverables
Qualifications
- Proven experience planning and managing projects through involvement in all stages of project delivery - ideally in land development
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
- Experience budgeting, commercial acumen, and risk management
- High level industry awareness and engagement
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
