Are you an experienced Senior Coordinator working in bids and proposals?
Working on the largest and most exciting opportunities in the Real Estate market, this role takes supports the end-to-end proposal development process - ensuring high-quality, creative, and client-focused submissions. This is a key role in the Business Development Centre (BDC) in Australia, a specialised team that provides strategic direction and execution of new business pursuits. The role reports to the Manager of the BDC in Sydney.
The role
- Support full proposal process, from planning and scheduling through to content creation and submission.
- Analyse tender requirements and ensure proposals meet all specifications, compliance needs, and deadlines.
- Coordinate and collate contributions from service line teams for proposals, presentations, and other sales collateral.
- Help draft content aligned to win themes and proposal strategy.
- Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders across all service lines.
- Help facilitate kick-off meetings, storyboarding, and reviews.
- Maintain and develop internal BDC platforms ensuring up to date best practice examples, guides and training.
- Help develop supporting business development content and initiatives across the business.
- Maintain and track analytics around team win rates and performance.
- Collaborate with other support teams (Marketing, PR, Research) to implement appropriate strategies to address business pursuits.
- 4 + years of business development/tender/bid/submission experience within commercial real estate services or another related professional services sector
- Superior language skills with strong written, verbal, proofreading and editing abilities
- Ability to strategically approach processes, methodologies, and projects
- Strong project management skills and an ability to deal with several projects concurrently while successfully working to deadlines
- A friendly, professional disposition with the ability to cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders across the business
- Strong understanding of the content and visuals required to produce a compelling submission document
- Solid understanding of required deliverables and the ability to take responsibility for outputs and outcomes
