Associate/Senior Associate Research

Performance objectives

The candidate will be mainly responsible for data collection, analysis and drawing inferences at an APAC level. He/she will also be involved in executing thought leadership reports within the real estate domain in the domestic market. This will entail market research (collection of data/information and analysis) and writing reports.

Duties & responsibilities

• Gathering market intelligence from primary and secondary sources
• Synthesise qualitative and quantitative data and draw meaningful insights
• Direct involvement in the production of diverse range of content, from presentations and reports for clients to articles and thought leadership reports to enhance the visibility of Colliers in the market
• Closely follow ongoing policy matters/ reform changes relating to the real estate sector and comment on the update on a regular basis

Education : Minimum Graduate (Finance, Urban Planning)

Desired Key skills

• Real estate knowledge (0-2 years of experience preferred)
• Excellent data analysis skills and possess the ability to collate information and to create database for various asset classes, which would be used in cohesive reports/presentations
• Ability to assess sector level changes and understanding inter-linkages with macro economy
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Power point and MS Word
• Good interpersonal and written communication skills
• Good analytical bent of mind
• Additional skills related to financial modelling, forecasting etc. will be an advantage
