Alessandra Vinco manages all the main areas of HR management, with over 20 years of experience in implementing HR processes for start-ups and multinationals in various sectors such as technology, real estate and the environment.
Alessandra has supervised the merger and integration of several companies, facilitating the change process and implementing new management systems.
In addition, she has accrued a lot of experience as a coach and trainer in many personal growth courses.
Holder of a degree in Psychology of Work and Organisations, and with a coaching certification, Alessandra is a member of the Lombardy Region’s Guild of Psychologists.
