Is Data Intelligence & Research your passion? Do you feel ready to analyse the real estate market and macro-economic trends?
The resource in the Data Intelligence & Research Department will have a cross-team role. This is a resource with enthusiasm, a propensity for team working, strong analytical and communication skills, an aptitude for analysis and technology, and good language skills.
As the Intern Data Researcher you will be in charge of:
- Cross-support all activities of the research team
- Collecting and analysing property market data through the management of datasets
- Develop market outputs through the production of market maps and reports
- Supporting the data analytics teasm in the automation of database research
- Degree in urban planning, economics, statistics, and similar disciplines.
- Researching, collecting, reporting and detailing abilities
- Native Italian speaker and proficient in English
- Familiar with Office Package especially with Excel and Power Point
- Team working orienting
- Creativity and curiosity
- Availability to travel across the main Italian cities.
