The resource in the Data Intelligence & Research Department will have a cross-team role. This is a resource with enthusiasm, a propensity for team working, strong analytical and communication skills, an aptitude for analysis and technology, and good language skills.

As the Intern Data Researcher you will be in charge of:

• Cross-support all activities of the research team
• Collecting and analysing property market data through the management of datasets
• Develop market outputs through the production of market maps and reports
• Supporting the data analytics teasm in the automation of database research

• Degree in urban planning, economics, statistics, and similar disciplines.
• Researching, collecting, reporting and detailing abilities
• Native Italian speaker and proficient in English
• Familiar with Office Package especially with Excel and Power Point
• Team working orienting
• Creativity and curiosity
• Availability to travel across the main Italian cities.
