After a first professional experience in real estate as a Broker, Mylene joined a famous recruitment company and was in charge of recruiting profiles from Real Estate industry.

 

She joined Colliers France in 2020 and is in charge of planning, developing, managing and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies, developing Colliers brand, school relationships and new employees' onboarding. She is also ensuring that current employees are satisfied with the company and their internal mobility.

 

More than 10 years of professional experience in the real estate sector and 6 years as a recruiter.
