Why were you attracted to Colliers?  

A decade ago, when I was engaged in investment promotion work for the government, I noticed that many well-known multinational corporations, which we were eager to attract and secure investments from, would all entrust the world's top five real estate consulting firms to act as their advisors. During my tenure at the Shanghai Liaison Office, I attended an event at the China headquarters of Colliers. There, I met industry leaders Tammy Tang, Candy Cheng and Ivan Yang, and I was deeply impressed by their professionalism, proactive attitude and global perspective. 

How has Colliers accelerated your career growth?  

I joined Colliers six years ago and shortly after coming on board, Tammy tasked me with developing a business plan for assisting Chinese enterprises in their overseas investment initiatives. Soon after, I became a member of Ivan's team. Beyond engaging in traditional domestic industrial site selection projects, I was given a chance to get into multiple overseas logistics projects for leading e-commerce clients like Shein, JD and Cainiao. This exposure has allowed me to take charge of a substantial number of ‘going global’ projects for Chinese enterprises over the years, equipping me with a wealth of hands-on experience in this domain. 

What excites you about working at Colliers?  

Over six-plus years with Colliers' East China Industrial Services, I've engaged many clients across industries, gaining deep insights into their products, models and decision-making logic and learning new things daily. My colleagues are wonderful, with a great atmosphere. I chat freely with peers from all departments, caring for, learning from and supporting each other like friends. Outside work, the company and teams often organise sports activities, making the whole group feel like a warm family.
