A foundation for growth 

Over the past five years at Colliers in India, my journey as a senior professional in the Project Management team has been one of continuous growth and evolution. With an educational background in engineering, I came to Colliers with a decent understanding of the various facets of the construction process and was provided opportunities to work on several projects across asset classes which further sharpened my knowledge and capabilities. 

Sharpening skills and enhancing experience 

Amidst professional advancement, my interpersonal, problem-solving and networking skills have also tremendously improved, given the vast involvement I was afforded in every project. The ability to identify challenges early and respond with clarity and confidence has become a core strength. By liaising with internal and external stakeholders, I built strong industry relations and delivered the desired results, often exceeding expectations. What I value deeply is how these experiences have shaped both my personal life and professional growth. The confidence to handle adversity, resilience to navigate uncertainty, and the empathy to understand people and collaborate effectively to achieve shared goals have shaped the professional I am today. 

Empowered by Colliers’ culture 

The Colliers culture has been a vital element of my journey. The trust placed in me to take ownership of my assignments has created an environment of empowerment and learning. Each project has served as an opportunity to gain knowledge and test my technical and managerial abilities. 

Looking ahead with optimism 

As I look forward, I’m excited about the possibilities that lie ahead. As the sector evolves, every new assignment presents the opportunity to apply newer techniques and practices. I am excited to grow alongside the firm, driven by our values of pursuing excellence, honing an enterprising mindset, and developing and empowering talent. I am grateful for the support, trust, and opportunities I have received so far, and am confident that the journey ahead will be just as enriching. Here’s to shared success and creating a meaningful impact for our stakeholders.
