Returning from parental leave after my first child was one of the most challenging times in my career. The third time around, my current boss at Colliers, Emma Flowers, was so supportive and this made such a difference. I was at ease about coming back to work and being my authentic self,” Jessica shares.

Open communication, mutual respect and knowledge sharing are central to our success. Jessica credits the organisation’s collaborative approach for allowing her to learn from exceptional leaders and develop new perspectives.

An entrepreneurial mindset that drives success

I had once implemented a Colliers-only digital product that was strategised by me from start to end. There was nothing I could demonstrate to key stakeholders that this had worked before, but I had their belief that I would be able to deliver based on my previous performance,” she says.
