Property Manager – Christchurch

Are you ready to take the next step in your property management career? Colliers is seeking a motivated and strategic Property Manager to join our Real Estate Management Services team in Christchurch.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-known global brand, managing a dynamic portfolio of commercial and retail properties. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, driving strategic outcomes, and contributing to sustainability and innovation across property operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a diverse property portfolio
  • Building strong relationships with tenants, clients, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Leading strategic planning and lifecycle analysis for assets
  • Managing lease negotiations, renewals, and tenancy compliance
  • Collaborating with internal teams across leasing, marketing, facilities, and finance
  • Supporting ESG initiatives and sustainability goals
  • Preparing budgets, financial reports, and client communications

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in property management, ideally across both retail and commercial sectors
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems
