Are you ready to take the next step in your property management career? Colliers is seeking a motivated and strategic Property Manager to join our Real Estate Management Services team in Christchurch.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-known global brand, managing a dynamic portfolio of commercial and retail properties. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, driving strategic outcomes, and contributing to sustainability and innovation across property operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a diverse property portfolio
- Building strong relationships with tenants, clients, contractors, and stakeholders
- Leading strategic planning and lifecycle analysis for assets
- Managing lease negotiations, renewals, and tenancy compliance
- Collaborating with internal teams across leasing, marketing, facilities, and finance
- Supporting ESG initiatives and sustainability goals
- Preparing budgets, financial reports, and client communications
Qualifications
