Team Analyst

We’re looking for a proactive, detail driven Team Analyst for our Residential Project Marketing Team. The successful applicant will have a genuine passion for property. Ideally, you will bring a background in property, either through a degree or previous experience and be excited to build a long term career in the industry.

In this role, you will take ownership of data management and analysis, helping the uncover key market trends and support strategic decision making. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your property career with Colliers. You will be a key part of our high performing Residential team, based in our Sydney CBD office.

As a member of the team, some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Maintain and update Colliers Residential data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Analyse market information and present updates when required (internal and external).
• Develop innovative ways to communicate insights and trends.
• Support our team in submissions and client presentations.

The skills and experience you will bring to this role include:

• Tertiary qualifications in property, business or a related discipline.
• 1-2 years in a property-focused role is highly desirable.
• Proactive approach to your work with the ability to self-manage.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Be meticulous in your work with a strong attention to detail.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
