Job Description

An exciting opportunity to join a high performing Residential Project Sales team delivering landmark developments in the heart of Newcastle CBD. If you’re an ambitious sales agent looking to elevate your career and work on projects, you’ll be proud to represent – including, existing projects and new projects launching in 2026, this is your opportunity to make your move.

You will play a key role in driving project success by converting enquiry into sales and delivering exceptional outcomes for developers and purchasers alike.

We are seeking someone who:

  • Has experience in project marketing and off-the-plan sales, or is a high-performing residential sales agent ready to transition into projects
  • Has outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Thrives on achieving and exceeding revenue targets
  • Is highly organised, proactive and self-motivated
  • Understands investor and owner occupier psychology
  • Can confidently interpret floorplans and apartment layouts
  • Tech-savvy and confident using sales technology to drive performance and efficiency
  • Skilled at building long-term relationships with buyers, investors, and referral partners.

Qualifications

  • Current Real Estate License
  • Proven sales performance
  • Strong enquiry management and conversion skills
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship skills
  • A tenacious, results-driven mindset
