Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for an entry level administrator to join our highly successful Residential team in our Melbourne CBD office.

This role will see you work alongside our experienced Directors in a ‘hands on’ learning environment to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies of our residential off-the-plan development projects.

As a team assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with implementing marketing and sales plans across our portfolio of projects;
  • Monitor project marketing advertising, listings and lead generation;
  • Research, including market research, product research and pricing research as required;
  • Assisting with inspections and display set up on-site;
  • Assist with project phone enquiries and key bookings;
  • Assist with EDMs and database communications;
  • Assist with presentations as required;
  • Assist with organising events initiatives locally and offshore;
  • Prepare social media content as required;
  • Coordinate and assist in project marketing submissions;
  • Collaborate with finance and contract administration team as required;
  • Keep sales portal up to date;
  • Analyse and generate reports as required on the performance of campaigns, leads or the project.

Qualifications

  • Interested in pursuing a career in property;
  • Intermediate to advance MS office and computer skills, including excel and powerpoint;
  • Adobe Suite (Indesign) advantageous
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication and presentation skills; and
  • Proactive, team orientated attitude including a high level of enthusiasm and initiative.

The successful applicant will be a flexible multi-tasker with positive and can-do attitude and ability to execute.
