Step into a high‑impact Senior Property Manager role with Colliers, where you’ll manage a premium commercial property portfolio and help drive long‑term asset performance. This role offers real autonomy, strategic involvement, and the opportunity to deliver value‑add initiatives, sustainability improvements, and strong commercial outcomes. Join a trusted, forward‑thinking team committed to doing what’s right and supporting you to succeed. This is a fixed term role for 12 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day portfolio operations, ensuring high property standards and prompt response to enquiries.
- Drive asset strategy through planning, lifecycle analysis, and supporting major decisions with owners and leadership.
- Build strong relationships with clients, tenants, contractors, and stakeholders, representing Colliers professionally.
- Manage tenancy performance, including leasing strategies, vacancy reduction, negotiations, and compliance.
- Oversee financial performance, budgets, reporting, and identifying revenue and efficiency opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with Facilities Management on maintenance, capital works, sustainability, and contractor performance.
The Value You’ll add
- 3+ years’ proven success in commercial property management.
- REA Salesperson’s License
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and attention to detail.
- Experience managing multi-layered portfolios in fast-paced environments.
- A relationship‑builder who thrives on collaboration and clear communication.
- High competence in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Professionalism, integrity, and a proactive, positive mindset.
