What You will be Doing:
- Collecting data the company becomes aware of, quarterly updating of databases and management of statistical tools;
- Supporting the different business lines of Colliers Advisory & Transaction;
- Preparing periodic assessments for some selected customers;
- Creating reports for the identification of market trends and new potential commercial targets for all asset classes
What You Bring:
- Degree in Economics, Statistics, Political Science; master's degree in Real Estate is a plus;
- Fluent knowledge of English (written and spoken);
- Previous experience of 2-3 years in research;
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent knowledge of the office package, in particular Excel and Power Point;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Accuracy, precision and curiosity.
