Job Description

What You will be Doing:

  • Collecting data the company becomes aware of, quarterly updating of databases and management of statistical tools;
  • Supporting the different business lines of Colliers Advisory & Transaction;
  • Preparing periodic assessments for some selected customers;
  • Creating reports for the identification of market trends and new potential commercial targets for all asset classes

Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • Degree in Economics, Statistics, Political Science; master's degree in Real Estate is a plus;
  • Fluent knowledge of English (written and spoken);
  • Previous experience of 2-3 years in research;
  •  Excellent writing and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of the office package, in particular Excel and Power Point;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Accuracy, precision and curiosity.
