We have an exciting opportunity for a Research Analyst to join our Research team in our award-winning waterfront Auckland CBD office.

The role will be responsible for gathering and analysing data, conducting market research, and providing insights to support the strategic decision-making of our experienced team.

We are looking for someone who’d like to explore a career in property, applying their knowledge and theory gained at university.

The value you'll add

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends.
  • Assist the research team in the preparation of written reports and presentations.
  • Summarise research findings and market insights for presenting to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Efficiently gather data through both desktop and field research methods, ensuring timely delivery
  • Stay informed on regulatory changes, economic indicators, and industry news that may impact the real estate market.

Qualifications

  • Recent university graduate with a major in property
  • 1+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel and G.I.S. mapping
