Are you a proactive and strategic property professional looking for their next challenge? We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Real Estate Management Services team in Wellington for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is your opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio and deliver exceptional results for our clients.
As a Property Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of a nominated property portfolio, including commercial assets. You’ll ensure properties are maintained to the highest standard, manage tenancy agreements, and deliver strategic planning to maximise value for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage property and facility operations, ensuring compliance and timely action on tenancy obligations.
- Develop and implement business plans, including lifecycle analysis and strategic positioning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Oversee leasing strategies, minimise vacancies, and negotiate new leases.
- Prepare budgets, financial reports, and ensure accurate management information systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and facilities teams to enhance property performance.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and sustainability initiatives.
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Proven experience in property management (commercial)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under pressure.
- High attention to detail, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
- A proactive, positive attitude and commitment to excellence.
