Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join our dynamic Residential team based in Newcastle. This multi-faceted role will provide an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to many aspects of the real estate industry, with a strong focus on supporting the delivery and marketing of residential and mixed-use development projects across the region. 

Working closely with our sales, marketing and project teams, you will assist in bringing new development projects to market while contributing to the ongoing success of a highly motivated and collaborative team environment.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Working with Agents & Project Managers to coordinate the collation of reports, submissions and other documentation.
• Assisting in the production of high-quality marketing materials and project collateral.
• Supporting the coordination and launch of new residential development projects to market.
• Assisting with client communication and maintaining strong professional relationships throughout the sales and marketing process.
• Updating the company database, including listing information, and uploading to websites as required to ensure all client and property information is accurate.
• Assisting with project administration, marketing campaigns, display suite coordination and sales support activities.


Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need to possess:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum intermediate-level MS Office and Adobe skills, with favourable consideration given to experience in InDesign and CRM systems.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, initiative, and a willingness to think outside the box.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A collaborative attitude and confidence working within a fast-paced team environment.
