Join Brisbane’s Leading Off‑the‑Plan Sales Team
Colliers Residential continues to set the benchmark in Brisbane’s project marketing sector, achieving more than $1.2 billion in sales in 2025. As our portfolio expands, we are offering an exceptional opportunity for a driven sales professional to join our team on a landmark Newstead development—one of Brisbane’s most exciting new riverfront projects.
This role is ideal for a polished, motivated consultant with a proven record of strong sales outcomes, particularly within off‑the‑plan residential developments. You’ll be supported by industry‑leading marketing, an established enquiry pipeline, and a collaborative team committed to excellence.
In this client‑facing role, you will guide buyers from first enquiry through to contract signing and settlement, providing a seamless, informed and confidence‑building experience. You will engage with a diverse mix of local and interstate buyers and play a critical part in shaping the success of one of Brisbane’s most anticipated residential launches.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Professional, well‑presented and confident in a high‑end project environment
- Experienced in off‑the‑plan sales, either within a project marketing agency or a developer’s in‑house team
- Skilled in building rapport and communicating the vision behind premium residential projects
- Comfortable managing databases, qualifying leads and navigating CRM systems
- Highly proficient in supporting end‑to‑end contract flow, including coordination, negotiation and settlement processes
- Energetic, proactive and a genuine team contributor
- Flexible with roster requirements, including permanent weekend work
