Facilities Manager

We are seeking an experienced facilities professional who takes pride in contributing to exceptional building operations and presentation standards.
As part of our wider Real Estate Management division, you will manage key relationships with tenants and service providers, whilst also making recommendations to improve the environmental performance of our clients’ assets. Your ability to manage budgets effectively and contribute to investment plans to maximise asset values will also be key, as will the ability to control costs and expenditure.
Other key accountabilities include:
- Oversee daily operations, presentation, security, maintenance, and safety of allocated properties.
- Manage tenant and service provider relationships; collaborate with internal teams and clients.
- Ensure building compliance and drive engineering standards and sustainability initiatives.
- Monitor and control budgets; support investment planning to maximise asset value.
- Review monthly operating expenses against budget; contribute to monthly client reports.
- Manage and maintain data in facilities management software.
Further skills and experience you will bring to the role include:
- Proven experience as a Facilities Manager in Commercial or Retail environments.
- Excellent time management with strong multitasking and prioritisation abilities.
- Proficient in using building maintenance and management software.
- Skilled in building trusted relationships with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
