Living our values
"Being enterprising means thinking laterally—looking at things from different perspectives and finding solutions that others might miss. It’s a mindset that thrives on curiosity, energy, and social connection. It’s about spotting opportunities, whether that’s identifying a gap in the market, improving a process, or simply finding a new way of doing things. An enterprising attitude encourages you to act on those ideas, pushing both yourself and those around you to be better."
