Job Description

Join a market-leading team at Colliers and shape the future of commercial property management.

We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, and retail properties in Auckland. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a high-performing team, manage key client relationships, and contribute to the success of some of the city’s most dynamic assets.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing day-to-day operations of a nominated property portfolio.
  • Leading strategic planning and lifecycle analysis for commercial assets.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Overseeing tenancy management, lease compliance, and vacancy minimisation.
  • Collaborating with leasing, marketing, and facilities teams to deliver exceptional service.
  • Driving ESG initiatives and sustainability across property operations.
  • Preparing budgets, financial reports, and ensuring timely rent collection.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in property management, ideally across commercial and retail sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A collaborative team player with leadership potential and a positive attitude.
