We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, and retail properties in Auckland. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a high-performing team, manage key client relationships, and contribute to the success of some of the city’s most dynamic assets.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing day-to-day operations of a nominated property portfolio.
- Leading strategic planning and lifecycle analysis for commercial assets.
- Building strong relationships with clients, tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Overseeing tenancy management, lease compliance, and vacancy minimisation.
- Collaborating with leasing, marketing, and facilities teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Driving ESG initiatives and sustainability across property operations.
- Preparing budgets, financial reports, and ensuring timely rent collection.

- Proven experience in property management, ideally across commercial and retail sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A collaborative team player with leadership potential and a positive attitude.
