Job Description

Colliers is on the lookout for a proactive and driven Facilities Manager to join our team at Hunters Plaza Shopping Centre in Papatoetoe. This is your opportunity to step into a dynamic role where you’ll be supported to grow, lead contractors, and make a real impact on the day-to-day operations of a busy retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring the Centre is always safe, clean, and fully operational.
- Managing contractors across cleaning, security, maintenance, and landscaping.
- Supporting health & safety compliance and emergency procedures.
- Monitoring budgets and contributing to operational reporting.
- Building strong relationships with retailers, contractors, and the Centre team.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in facilities or property management.
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- A customer-focused mindset and a collaborative approach.
- Familiarity with Building Management Systems and Microsoft Office.
