The Colliers Engineering and Design team specialises in civil, infrastructure, water engineering, town planning and urban design. Key services provided to developers in this service line include site assessment and due diligence, planning approvals and engineering design through to completion of construction.

Are you a detail-oriented Drafter with a passion for land development? Join our growing team in Brisbane or Gold Coast and work on industry-leading projects across Queensland. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality civil design and documentation for a range of land development projects.

Specifically:

•  Preparing detailed civil engineering drawings and documentation for land development, drainage, 
  sewer, and water systems using CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, 12D).
• Developing site layouts, general arrangements, and sections for civil works such as roads, 
  stormwater, and water infrastructure.
  • Revising and updating drawings based on engineer and designer mark-ups, design changes, and 
  constructability requirements.
  • Interpreting engineering data, specifications, and survey information to ensure accuracy and 
  compliance with Australian Standards.
  • Collaborating with engineers and designers to clarify design details and resolve technical queries 
  throughout the drafting process.

• Experience in land development drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 12D.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
