Job Description
Join Colliers Engineering & Design and play a key role in delivering some of Western Australia's most significant land development and infrastructure projects.
Working closely with our Principals, you'll lead project delivery, mentor talented engineers, and build lasting relationships with clients across a diverse portfolio of urban development projects. This is an opportunity to step into a leadership-focused role where you'll have genuine influence over project outcomes, client partnerships, and the growth of the team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the successful delivery of civil engineering projects from due diligence through to construction.
- Manage development applications, design coordination, and contract administration.
- Build and strengthen relationships with developers, government agencies, and key stakeholders.
- Support project planning and resource management to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and contribute to the ongoing success of the Perth business.
- Manage project risks and commercial outcomes while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in civil engineering
- Proven experience planning and managing projects through involvement in all stages of project delivery
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
- Experience budgeting, commercial acumen, and risk management
- High level industry awareness and engagement
- CPEng certification desirable
