Key services provided to developers in this service line include site assessment and due diligence, planning approvals and engineering design through to completion of construction.
Job Description
We are seeking to appoint an Associate Director – Planning in NSW. You will have the backing of a team of over 430 experts nationally. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for converting clients to advocacy status, including developing strategic relationships with potential clients and improving and maintaining existing client relationships.
Specifically:
- Superior knowledge of planning schemes and relevant legislations within NSW.
- A solid network of relationships with clients in urban development or other sectors and demonstrated skills in leveraging these relationships to maximise business opportunities
- Contribute to sustainable profit generation and growth
- Manage commercial risk and demonstrate responsible judgement
- Recruit, manage, train and mentor staff
- Manage financial targets including budgets, profitability etc
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in town planning
- You will have a high level of commercial acumen, financial management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A commitment to providing high level quality service to clients
