We fully support the 2015 Paris Agreement on climate change, as evidenced by our Science-Based Targets initiative commitment and our goal to achieve net zero for our own operations by 2030. According to our latest annual Global Sustainability report, we have reduced carbon emissions per square foot by almost 25% in just two years.

We believe creating an inclusive environment is vital for unleashing the full potential of our people. To carve the path to this, we have set a goal of hiring more women across teams and in management roles to 40%. We also provide tailored training, support groups, mentorship, and feedback channels to ensure everyone feels valued, empowering our teams to better serve clients.

We strive to create safe and healthy spaces that promote wellbeing, productivity and sustainability. We’re on track to achieving WELL Health-Safety Ratings in 100% of our offices larger than 2,500 square feet by 2025.
