Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: How this works in our hiring process

We provide guidelines and tools to mitigate unconscious biases and promote objective evaluations of candidates based on their skills, qualifications, and potential. We also encourage diverse representation in our interview panels to minimize bias and ensure a comprehensive assessment of candidates.

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
At Colliers, we have established Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that provide support, networking opportunities, and a sense of belonging for employees from diverse backgrounds. Our ERGs play a crucial role in promoting DEI hiring by participating in recruitment events, mentoring diverse candidates, and advocating for inclusive practices within the organisation.
