About me

My current role at Colliers is to coordinate Human Resources for Spain and Portugal.

In October 2006 I joined Irea, the company where I developed my professional career until March 2018, when Irea and Colliers merged. Since then I have worked in different departments of Business Support Area such as Internal Organisation, Marketing and Communication, IT and Human Resources. This has helped me, in addition to having a more complete vision of the different departments, to define my professional preferences.

Currently I am in charge of coordinating:

Learning & Development Programme
Recruitment processes
Employment forums
Benefits and incentives
Organisation of internal events
Global engagement surveys, internal protocols and policies, as well as suppliers’ contracts.

Salesforce and Sugar CRM implementation and development
Implementation and adaptation to the Organic Law on Data Protection.
Coordination and execution of office relocation
Responsible for Health and Safety in Occupational Risk Prevention
