Transport Design Engineer

The Colliers Engineering and Design team specialises in civil, infrastructure, traffic & transport, water engineering, town planning and urban design. Key services provided to developers in this service line include site assessment and due diligence, planning approvals and engineering design through to completion of construction.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an early-career engineer to further develop their technical and project delivery skills within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Working closely with experienced Engineers, Designers, and Project Managers, you will contribute to the design and delivery of transport infrastructure across a range of projects.

Specifically:

• Assist in the design of intersections, access roads, car parks, and service vehicle facilities
• Support the preparation of concept, functional, and detailed designs
• Contribute to technical reports, drawings, and documentation
• Work alongside project teams to support project delivery
• Review drawings and engineering data from internal and external stakeholders
• Build strong working relationships across project teams
• Continue developing your technical capability and industry knowledge

• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering (or similar)
• Exposure to transport or civil design (consultancy experience highly regarded)
• Familiarity with design tools such as 12d, AutoCAD, or vehicle tracking software
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Keen to learn, develop, and build a long-term career in engineering
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines
