We are seeking a detail-oriented and focused Temporary Data Administrator to join our team. This junior position is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in data administration and work closely with our Salesforce Data Apprentice. The primary responsibility will be to assist with cleansing and maintaining contact data within Salesforce and Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Cleansing: Collaborate with the Salesforce Data Apprentice to clean and update contact data in Salesforce and Excel.
- Data Validation: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data by conducting thorough checks and validations.
- Data Entry: Input and update contact information in Salesforce and Excel with precision.
- Reporting: Generate and review data reports to identify and correct any discrepancies.
- Support: Provide general support to the team as needed, including handling ad-hoc data-related tasks.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of data changes and cleansing activities.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; current students or recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required, but any experience with data entry or administration is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Concentration: Ability to focus and maintain concentration for extended periods while performing repetitive tasks.
- Basic Knowledge of Salesforce and Excel: Familiarity with Salesforce and Excel is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Problem-Solving: Basic problem-solving skills to identify and rectify data issues.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
