- Align marketing efforts with business development goals, leveraging data to refine strategies and improve ROI.
Team & Project Leadership
- Help to manage junior marketing staff and external suppliers, overseeing workflow, quality, and productivity.
- Delegate effectively and ensure marketing projects and events are executed to the highest standard, on time and on budget.
Content Development

- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and business goals.
Digital Marketing
- Manage digital channels and campaigns across SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and website optimisation.
- Monitor and analyse digital performance, making data-driven decisions to improve visibility and conversion.
Event Strategy & Management
- Lead the planning and execution of client events, sponsorships, and webinars that elevate the Colliers brand and drive client engagement.
- Produce detailed proposals and event plans including timelines, budgets, logistics, legal obligations, and post-event analysis.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, media partners, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
- Provide regular updates and presentations to the CEO and senior leadership, maintaining a high standard of reporting and professionalism.
CRM & Data Management
- Oversee the use of CRM (Salesforce) to segment audiences, personalise communications, and measure campaign success.
- Ensure data integrity and optimise use of platforms such as Marketo for targeted email campaigns.
Market Intelligence & Insights
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to inform strategy, positioning, and campaign planning.
- Share insights and best practices with the wider marketing and business development teams.
The ideal candidate is a confident marketing leader with strong project management skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to work both strategically and operationally. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable managing multiple priorities and senior stakeholders.
You will be:
- Proactive, organised, and self-motivated with exceptional planning and execution abilities.
- An experienced manager able to lead, coach, and inspire others while delivering results independently.
- Adept at managing budgets, timelines, and competing priorities under pressure.
- Comfortable presenting ideas and reporting outcomes to C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
- A strong communicator, collaborator, and relationship builder at all levels.
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within professional services or B2B sectors.
- Proven experience in leading integrated marketing campaigns and managing events.
- Proficient in Salesforce (or equivalent CRM), Marketo (or similar), Canva, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms.
