Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Assistant to join our Occupier Services team in our waterfront Wellington CBD office.

Our Occupier Services business line is made up of over 50 property professionals and provides strategic and operational support to some of Aotearoa’s most recognisable brands, leading commercial organisations and government agencies.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional individual to provide administrative support to our high-achieving teams across Wellington and Auckland.

The value you'll add

  • Provide administration operational and systems support to the team
  • Provide a high level of personalised and professional service to clients
  • Deliver memorable and engaging events
  • Arrange travel bookings
  • Assist with onboarding new team members
  • Assist to ensure health, safety, compliance and sustainability requirements are met
  • Coordinate timely processing of creditors and other office expenses
  • Assist with diary management of the National Director and attend meetings to take minutes as required
  • Maintain databases and documentation
  • Assist with projects to drive best practice and continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • 1+ year relevant experience
  • A willingness to learn and master property systems
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
