Job Description

We’re seeking a Property & Facilities Coordinator to join our Wellington Service Hub, with both part‑time and full‑time opportunities available. As the central contact point for all property‑related queries, you’ll support occupiers, contractors, and service providers by responding to requests, coordinating maintenance, and keeping systems accurate and up to date.You’ll play a key role in delivering timely, effective solutions and maintaining excellent service standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to property and facilities queries via phone, email, and online systems, ensuring timely and helpful support
  • Coordinate contractors, arrange property access, and assist with inspections
  • Log, track, and close work requests, keeping all systems and records up to date
  • Maintain supplier information, facilities databases, and contractor details
  • Processing of supplier invoices for payment
  • Support Property & Facilities Managers in delivering effective property and service solutions

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer‑service mindset
  • The ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and juggle varied priorities
  • Strong organisational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with the ability to build positive relationships
  • An interest in property or facilities management (experience helpful but not essential)
