At Colliers Workplace Management Services (WMS), we partner with leading organisations to deliver flexible, high‑performing workplace experiences. Our WMS teams work onsite with our clients across Concierge & Reception, Events & Catering, Mailroom, Space Planning, and broader Workplace Operations. We create environments that empower people to do their best work and support businesses to grow, right‑size, and thrive.
We are now seeking a capable and motivated Manager, People & Operations to join our WMS team and help elevate the experience and performance of our client‑embedded workforce.
As the Manager, People & Operations, you’ll support the day‑to‑day coordination of our Workplace Management Services (WMS) teams and help ensure our client accounts operate smoothly and consistently. Working closely with Account Managers and our corporate support teams, you’ll play an important role in creating positive workplace experiences by helping keep our people, processes, and systems running effectively.

You’ll help implement policies and procedures, assist with recruitment and onboarding, and support training and performance activities. On the operational side, you’ll contribute to reviewing processes, supporting audits, gathering data for reporting, and assisting with rolling out improvements that make our teams more efficient and aligned.
With a strong focus on consistency, communication, and teamwork, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while applying your skills across workplace operations and experience, HR, and governance.

- Exposure to operational process improvement, governance, or compliance work.
- Experience working across multiple teams or stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Our commitment to providing a safe and secure work environment necessitates thorough national police checks. To support this screening, only candidates with Australian residency will be considered.
The position encompasses a variety of disciplines that may lead to multiple future career pathways. Join us and be part of a diverse and inclusive culture that celebrates success and values creativity and collaboration.
