Job Description

As the Manager, People & Operations, you’ll support the day‑to‑day coordination of our Workplace Management Services (WMS) teams and help ensure our client accounts operate smoothly and consistently. • Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Exposure to operational process improvement, governance, or compliance work.
  • Experience working across multiple teams or stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

The position encompasses a variety of disciplines that may lead to multiple future career pathways. Join us and be part of a diverse and inclusive culture that celebrates success and values creativity and collaboration.
