Job Description

It’s a great time to join Colliers in our Sydney CBD office where no two days are the same. You will be providing key support to the highly successful Real Estate Management Services team through a variety of administrative duties.

Key responsibilities in this role will include: -

  • Composition of general correspondence
  • Coordinating client and departmental meetings, including taking minutes and preparing agendas
  • Maintaining electronic and hardcopy filing systems in accordance with QA standards
  • Liaising with a variety of stakeholders, including Property Managers, Facilities Managers and tenants
  • Coordinate monthly requirements to ensure team compliance. This includes annual leave, outgoings, budgets, end of month reports, peer to peer reviews
  • Monitor pending invoices to ensure team are actioning in a timely manner
  • Organising travel bookings and managing staff expenses
  • Preparing property reports, submissions, presentations, contracts, statutory and standard forms

Qualifications

  • Have 1 – 2 years administration experience, property industry experience is advantageous, but not essential
  • Be meticulous in your work with strong attention to detail
  • Have intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills with fast and accurate typing speed
  • Have the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities with a positive outlook
  • Have a proactive nature with demonstrated initiative
  • Be a team player with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the business
