Put your attention to detail and eye for formatting into place whilst supporting a dynamic team in our agency business. You will provide daily administrative support to a team of agents and assist with the coordination of department sales and marketing initiatives.
Based in our Newcastle office, this fast paced and valued role will support a rapidly growing, collaborative, and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your background in property, strong administration, and organisation skills in this autonomous role.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Production, proofing and formatting of property reports, submissions and other client documentation.
- Creating innovative and impactful content in submissions and IMs
- Preparation of marketing collateral and implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Assist with administration duties including lease and sale administration, financial management procedures, phone support and preparation of reports and presentations.
- Creating, maintaining and updating database systems and research spreadsheets.
The skills and experience you will bring to this role include:
- Recent administration experience, ideally within the Property Industry.
- Strong MS Office Skills with experience in PDF editing.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and self motivation.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
- Skill and experience in preparing and proofreading documents, including exceptional spelling and grammar, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to provide innovative solutions when required.
