Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of industrial projects on an 18-month contract basis. In this role, you will collaborate with occupier clients, developers, and landlords, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. You will also assist the team with consultancy services and project management tasks on new industrial developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing projects.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Track progress, risks, and compliance throughout each project phase.
- Prepare and present reports and documentation for project tracking.
- Support day-to-day consultancy and project management tasks as new projects arise.
Qualifications
- Experience in project management, construction, or industrial development.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Understanding of cold storage facilities, industrial developments, and compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate complex projects effectively.
