Analyst | Industrial & Logistics
Brisbane City, Australia
Our collaborative culture sets us apart. We help experts become true specialists and provide the long-term structure and platform to accelerate their success.
We are seeking an ambitious and technically capable graduate or soon-to-be graduate to join our Brisbane Industrial team as a full-time Analyst. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in commercial property, with a strong interest in research, analytics, and the industrial sector. You will support the team in analysing, interpreting and presenting data on market activity and asset performance, playing an important role in the success of major leasing and sales campaigns.
This position provides a rare opportunity to gain hands-on experience with one of Australia’s most active and high-performing industrial property teams.
The scope of the role will include:
- Research and analysis of relevant market intelligence, particularly recent sales, leasing activity and sector trends
- Supporting the creation of financial and valuation models for major industrial and commercial assets, contributing to submissions, presentations, and Information Memorandums
- Assisting in the development of marketing materials and strategies for key client groups
- Using a variety of software tools and online platforms to develop an enhanced understanding of the industrial market, and transforming this data into high-quality visual presentations for both internal team use and client reporting
- Supporting the team in tracking data, identifying potential clients, and managing properties for sale or lease through database systems and insight reporting
- Contributing to the team’s ongoing success by assisting in the pursuit of new business opportunities and maintaining strong internal data records to support long-term client relationships
- Preparing campaign updates and broader market reporting, while supporting the team in the delivery of presentations and meetings
Ideally, the right person for the role will be a recent graduate (or university student close to graduating) with a strong interest in commercial property, investment, or research, and is ready to learn and grow within a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
Other requirements include:
- A completed (or near-completed) university degree in Property Economics, Business, Finance or a related field
- Real Estate Licence or Sales Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Competency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders professionally
- Strong attention to detail, sound organisational skills, and a proactive attitude
- A genuine interest in the industrial property market and a desire to understand the drivers behind market activity and asset performance
