Job Description

You’ll play a central role in keeping operations running smoothly by supporting campaigns, coordinating meetings, managing financials, and ensuring high-quality client interactions. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in being the go-to person for getting things done, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare property reports, submissions, contracts, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with campaign materials using tools like InDesign, Canva, and PowerPoint; liaise with suppliers and agencies.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, manage communications, and maintain CRM data to support client engagement.
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and reconciliation, ensuring compliance and timely processing.
  • Maintain SharePoint libraries, proposal templates, and team documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline systems and enhance team efficiency.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office; experience with Canva or InDesign is a plus.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Previous experience in a similar support role (property industry experience desirable).
