- Fully Integrated Services:
- We work closely with our in-house teams to offer truly comprehensive solutions that span the entire property life-cycle. This expertise is supported by our dedicated research team at the forefront of the rapidly evolving logistics market to ensure that our clients stay ahead of the curve.

- To conduct professional work for clients and to ensure that all relevant reporting requirements are met to agreed deadlines an in accordance with RICS regulatory compliance standards
- To service existing instructions, undertaking viewings and inspections.
- To assist with market appraisals, development appraisals and report writing.
- To ensure that work is conducted within Colliers International Best Practice standards
- To develop direct client relationships and contribute to activities and events organised by both the department and London offices.
- To self-generate fee income (target to be agreed) and to work diligently to meet team and Business Group targets
- Ability to work both solely and in collaboration with the wider industrial team on instructions.
- To assist with data collection of market transactions, supply and other similar metrics
- To seek opportunities to develop new business including cross-selling and identification of new business.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks / instructions and work efficiently with good time management skills.
- MRICS Qualified / Or Studying towards
- Highly numerate and proficient in MS Office packages and databases
- Good market knowledge required
- Must possess excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and report writing skills
- Experience within the Industrial and Logistics sector is ideal but not essential
- Full driving licence
