Colliers Engineering & Design partners with clients across industrial, data centres, infrastructure, commercial, residential, health, education, defence, energy and resources, transport, and public sector projects, delivering integrated solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in attracting the talent that will support our continued success.

Based in Perth, this newly created role offers the opportunity to partner closely with our leaders and take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process across a diverse range of engineering disciplines. You will proactively identify market-leading talent, engage passive candidates, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes in a competitive market.

Specifically:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment campaigns across a diverse range of engineering and technical disciplines, from initial brief through to successful onboarding
• Proactively identify, engage, and attract high-calibre passive candidates through market mapping, networking, and targeted talent strategies
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future business growth
• Provide market insights and recruitment advice to stakeholders

• Proven recruitment experience with a strong track record of delivering high-quality hiring outcomes
• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and building trusted relationships across the business
• Skilled in proactive sourcing, headhunting, and identifying hard-to-find talent
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
• Experience recruiting within engineering & design, construction, infrastructure, or other technical industries will be highly regarded
