Qualifications
Proven experience in recruitment within Engineering & Design.
Strong sourcing and candidate attraction skills
Ability to manage full-cycle recruitment from job profiling to onboarding
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
