Job Description

We seek to appoint an enterprising recruiter (ideally but is not essential) that has exposure to recruiting in Professional Services, Consultancy, Advisory or Sales & Marketing roles. The right recruiter for this role is someone that prides themselves delivering a high level of service to Managing Directors that are motivated by organic growth across Australia.

This newly created role is ideal for a Manager or Principal Recruiter within the external agency world that has proven 360 degree recruitment experience wanting to make the transition into a high performing internal recruitment team that continues to offer a defined career path.

 What will this role offer the right person?

  • Our recruitment team are all ex-agency recruiters, and we still maintain the fast-paced, high stakeholder servicing fundamentals. We take our work seriously but not ourselves.
  • A seat at the decision-making table with Collier’s Senior Leadership to shape and influence key hires
  • Accountability to execute key elements of the national recruitment business plan, which underpins our Global Enterprise ’25 plan.
  • We have no red tape in getting decisions from our national leaders meaning you get instant exposure to work with our senior leadership to aid in delivering their annual business plans.
  • Exposure to M&A opportunities as Colliers continues expanding in Australia.
  • Autonomy to manage your daily and weekly schedule without micromanagement.
  • Use the best-in-class recruitment technology to increase productivity.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated recruitment experience mentioned above either within Professional Services, Consultancy, Advisory or Sales & Marketing . Alternatively, a thick-skinned agency recruiter with a strong passion in a related field will be considered.
  • Highly organised, responsive and delivery outcome focused with proven experience managing and delivering recruitment activities.
