- Support in recruitment activities (CV screening, candidate outreach, interview scheduling)
- Updating and managing HR databases and archives
- Participate in organizational analysis, data and information collection
- Supporting the onboarding process for new hires
- Assisting in the coordination of internal training (logistics, scheduling, collecting feedback)
- Providing support in the preparation of employment documents and internal communications
- Participating in cross-functional HR projects (welfare, employer branding, internal surveys, etc.)
- Fluent in English (preferred Mother tongue)
- Attention to detail, confidentiality, and precision
- Ongoing or recently completed degree in fields such as Economics, Law, Political Science, or Statistic.
(Preferred Master’s degrees: Economics, Marketing and Communication) - Strong interest in "People field" and eagerness to learn
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Good command of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
