Job Description

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of Colliers UK. Working within our in-house creative team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, innovative designs across a range of digital and print platforms. You will collaborate closely with marketing, business development, and other internal stakeholders to ensure our brand presence is impactful, consistent, and aligned with strategic goals.

  • Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high standards and timely delivery.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver visually compelling solutions.

  • Oversee the production of print and digital assets, working with external vendors when necessary.

  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance the creative output.

  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers within the team.

  • Communicate clearly and confidently with internal stakeholders, ensuring their needs are understood and met through effective design solutions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience working in an agency or in-house studio.

  • A deep-rooted understanding of design fundamentals—composition, typography, coulor theory, and layout are second nature to you.

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects).

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across digital and print media.

  • Experience designing for corporate and B2B audiences is a plus.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions effectively.

  • Must be a team player, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a dynamic creative team.

  • Must be approachable and able to communicate with internal stakeholders, ensuring a seamless workflow and clear understanding of project goals.

  • Motion graphics and video editing experience is desirable but not essential.

  • Knowledge of MS PowerPoint is a plus.

Additional Information

  • Be part of a globally recognized real estate brand with an impactful creative presence.

  • Work in a dynamic, collaborative environment that values creativity and innovation.

  • Enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package.

  • Opportunity for professional growth and career development.
