We are seeking a motivated, energetic property professional to join our high performing Sales team based in our Melbourne East office. This Executive level position presents itself as an incredible opportunity for an analyst, valuer or junior agent looking to transition their career into a commercial property.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key account clients and maintain high presence in the marketplace.
- Helping identify potential clients and properties to sell.
- Analysing the sales potential of properties using the standard valuation models.
- Actively pursue new appointments to act for organisations, especially focusing on fostering existing and new relationships with businesses likely to result in ongoing opportunities for Colliers
- Coordinate marketing & selling of properties including organising signboards, brochures, advertising, Information Memorandums, videos and site inspections.
- Entrepreneurial and commercially astute with previous property sales experience as a junior executive, analyst or valuer
- Tertiary qualifications in property, business or related discipline and real estate license
- Excellent Communication skills both Written and Oral, ability to converse with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Understanding of local property market and current trends
- Intermediate with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and MS-Project)
